Allison, Manager & Patient Advocate

I began my career in dentistry as an assistant where I learned a lot about dental health and how different procedures are completed. The knowledge I gained in my time as an assistant has only helped me excel at the administration side of dentistry.

My role in the office is to make sure patients receive the best possible treatment and service. I am the bridge between the clinical staff, administrators, dentists and patients. As well as an insurance expert for complicated treatments. I am always available by phone or email for any feedback, questions, concers and of-course complains. I am also available for emergencies outside office hours. I can be reached at 613-979-7595 or mgr@sarandental.ca.

Not only do I understand the steps in the process to complete your recommended treatment plan, but also how to use your insurance to the best of it’s ability so there is minimal cost to you. I value all of my patients and always have time to explain things in more detail and to discuss pros and cons of any situation. I treat my patients like I would a best friend. I love to get to know you in the time we have before the appointment and it is my goal to make sure you leave our office completely satisfied and looking forward to your next visit.

Yessie Pruner, RDH

Born and raised in Ottawa and  26 years young haha. The dental field has always been something I’ve been interested since I was little.

I started my dental assistant career in 2014 after graduating from Trillium College as a Level 2 dental assistant. I started out at the Kanata location (Gateway Dentistry) for a few years, helped out at the McArthur location (McArthur Dental Center), and now I’m here at the lovely Jeanne D’Arc Dental Center full-time.

After work I love the feeling of going home to my two cats and knowing I can cuddle them after a long day. After spending some quiet time with my pets you’d probably see me at the gym working out. The gym has become my new favourite hobby.

Claudia Styles, CDA

I was born and raised in Caicedonia, Colombia,  living in Canada has being the most exciting  and beautiful experience. I received my diploma  in Dental Assistanting Level II in 2012 from Keyin Collage, St John’s, NL. I truly love being a Dental Assistant because I learn something new each day and I am constantly expanding my knowledge through my profession and in particular I really enjoy being part of the Jeanne D’Arc Dental team.

I and my Fiancé Jamie are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters Estefania and Geraldine who are growing  faster than I want them to.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and my adorable but “grumpy” dog Toby. I love hiking, camping, traveling, renovating our house and watching movies.
